Description: Tall, sturdily built, and muscular, Kasap is a force to be reckoned with. He's more of a close-quarters fighter, unlike his sister. He's also far nicer, an unlikely trait in someone of his race and background. Unlike what his tribe drilled into him during his training years, Kasap wants to know what compassion is--which is why he allowed his sister to follow in the first place. Even though he longs to know what emotions he was missing out on, he's unfortunately out of reach. Perhaps someday something will change that... but, not now.
As friendly as he is, he has a complete detachment in his profession, which makes him exceedingly good at his job. He's just as likely to give you a smile as he is to give you a knife to the gut. Speaking of his smile, his Fel'asaris descendance gives him near-protruding fangs and pointed ears, which doesn't help to lessen his first-impression intimidations.
He's very defensive of his sister, as well as others who happen to be in a bit of trouble. Which means he's not afraid to kill whoever's making eyes at Atmaca or trying to steal a purse.
Relationships: He's had no relationships, excluding his relations with Atmaca. He let Atmaca come along with him when he decided to leave the tribe.
History: Kasap was born in a land beyond the Vanguard mountains, into a tribe-like community where life was incredibly difficult. Severe training began early on--at the age of 5--and names weren't received until training was complete, at the age of 15. This training consisted of regular beatings, sparring, solitary hunting, and whatever unpleasant situations the trainers of the community could think up. They discouraged any use of emotion--a child was beaten if he cried or laughed. They also severely frowned on affection in any form, which was why children were raised separately from mothers and siblings. Siblings killed siblings without ever knowing.
If a child survived their training, they were given their names and, optionally, tattoos--which Kasap did not hesitate to receive. Kasap planned to leave as soon as his name was received--however, Atmaca approached him in the middle of packing his things, asking if she could come along. And besides, she had persuaded, they might have been brother and sister--they would make a formidible team. Kasap agreed.
And so they travel.
Miscellaneous: Because of his harsh training, Kasap has developed a high tolerance for pain. this is a mixed blessing; he's a tough and relentless fighter, but he wouldn't know how badly he could be hurt.
