Physical Description: Christophe's appearance gives off a rugged and experienced air. He has black hair cut into a caesar hairstyle but never neatly combed. He is very tan from being outdoors for his 'jobs' so often and doing little jobs on the side. His outfit is normally pretty average Victorian man. Though he does wear a black cloak more resembling a Greek general in its style than a 19th century man, the rest of his outfit is not at all out of the ordinary. His features are very sharp and defined. His jawline is very distinctly angled and his nose is slightly crooked. His eyes are a bit farther apart than they should be but this doesn't necessarily take away from his appearance. In fact, it adds to the uniqueness of his looks. His eyes are also a very dark green, not unlike an emerald color. They are very recognizable which is why he tries to hide his face under a hood while 'taking care of business'. He has a goatee type thing going on with his facial hair, too.

Personality: The first thing that would come to mind when you think about Christophe is his arrogance. He has a prince-like attitude as if the world is his to control and tweak as he wishes. He doesn't let his cockiness get in the way of getting his jobs done, but he does let it control basically everything else. This less-than stellar attitude often makes people less likely to socialize with him but occasionally there will be someone willing to hear Chris talk about himself. It doesn't really matter, though, sine Chris tends to keep to himself.
One would think that with this bold approach on life, Christophe would be controlling and bossy. In reality, though, Chris dislikes being in power when in a group. Why? He finds group work dull. He'd much rather take care of things on his own with no one else around to watch. If he does find himself in the situation where he has to work with someone, he will usually be a lazy ass until that person gives up so that he can do things his way. If he doesn't think the person will crack, Chris will take control of the situation as the dominant one. He expects things to get done his way or not at all. Still, Christophe is not really a people person.
Yes, Chris likes to keep to himself. People are idiots, in his opinions, and just need to stay out of his life. He is hard pressed to find someone he enjoys conversation with. He thinks in a different way than most people and doesn't understand peoples' way of thinking unless it is like his. Don't get me wrong, Chris is very good at deciphering other people, he just never completely understands why people aren't just like him. He is a loner, no doubt. This stand-offish personality is not really a surprise with his line of work, anyway, so it works out.
Speaking of his work, Christophe takes his work very VERY seriously. He doesn't like people getting in the way or compromising his goals. He's in it for the money but by God he's going to get the job done right while he's at it. His alias, Nir, is well-known throughout the killing business. Many a bounty have been placed on his head but every kill he seems to leave little evidence behind that it was any more than an accident, much less that he did it. He works quickly but not so quickly that when the job is finished it is insufficient. In all actuality, Christophe doesn't even ENJOY killing but if you're good at something, might as well get paid for it.
Chris also keeps a very professional demeanor when dealing with clients. He doesn't let things every get personal in any way whether it be stopping for drinks or starting a real relationship with the person. If they client even begins to suggest something along the lines of becoming friends, their dealing with Nir will be terminated with no refund if they have already paid.
Chris is successful enough now that he gets to pick and choose his own clients. There is obviously some competition out their, but enough people in Sideris want someone dead that it's not even really a problem for him. If you have enough money to waste on killing someone through Nir, you obviously want that person dead pretty badly. Nir works quickly but also makes sure details are taken care of. He's not about to get caught on your watch but if he does, he won't tell a soul. Chris is fine with his clients staying anonymous. He doesn't need to know why you're killing someone, he just wants the money and doesn't want it to go to anyone else.
It's true the Christophe could easily make a living with the money he gets from clients, but that's not enough. Chris loves some competition and will gladly find a way to steal your client from under your nose. Chris is a smooth talking and knows his way around the block. You might end up performing the murder, but Christophe will find a way to get the money. This just shows his arrogance even more as he will bet other assassins that he can get your client. The bad thing for you is, that's normally true.
Lastly, Chris is very intelligent. Sure, he's cocky but he's not going to run down the streets of Dirge screaming that he is the infamous Nir and the police can never catch him. He keeps his identity completely secret when on the job, and his alias unknown when he's in public. When meeting clients, he often meets at night and covers his face with a hood, not unlike when he is practicing his murders. He doesn't want to be recognized by any civilian from the underworld of assassinations, nor does he want to be recognized by clients in the real world. He has a completely different wardrobe for each side of him save for the black cloak which he wears everywhere. Because of his boldness, most undermine his intellect but he is actually very cunning.
On a whole, Christophe is cocky but unfortunately for those who hate braggarts, he's actually close to as good as he thinks he is.
