Okay, so I have Christophe who is a mercenary in Sideris. However he'd be willing to go about anywhere on the map for a "business trip" if you need someone killed. Open to basically any other plot with him, too.
Also, when Tybalt is finished he's completely open to plots in Silvereye and the surrounding area. Not going to Sideris, though, since he's, you know... the White Knight of Caedere. He's also completely corrupt so black market deals/plots are fun or anything else besides couple plots since he's gonna be betrothed to Cecilia, the Caedere Princess, pretty soon.
