Kaya has black hair with purple tips. Strands fall in waves that end at her shoulders. Her eyes are a blood red color. Her skin is pale and deathly white.
When she is on her duty as a barmaid, her clothes consist of a simple dress with sleeves that fall off her shoulders and reveals her cleavage. It usually bares a basic corset and sometmes a little print to give it color.
On airships she sticks to tight leather pants, boots, and a white topped shirt with large poofed sleeves with again a simple corset. Her hair is usually tied in a bun to keep it out of her face.
She tries to keep most of her body covered when she isn't trying to flirt with customers in bars, because of the scars that are all over her body.
Despite her brutal history, Kaya is a spunky and scheming witch. She has a smile than enchants the most disgruntled men, and with her ability to sing, she can be quite a charmer to work with on airships when the job gets dull. She can be quite sweet, though annoying with her optimistic personality. Some days people tell her to shut up already, they're here to work not gab.
Relationships: She likes having the company of men, a lot. She can get along with women but most of the time she's much more friendly with males.

Kaya used to live with her father, a mechanic, and her mother died in labor. They weren't rich, but they were happy. She was growing into a fine young lady, but her small home in Caedere was ransacked on a day she wasn't home. The burglars killed her father when he tried to defend himself. Kaya came home not long after, and they attacked her as well, probably in attempt to kidnap, but she ended up being thrown into a window during her try to flee, resulting in the brutal scarring on her skin.
Kaya could heal this, but she holds it as a reminder that not everyone in this world is friendly, and to remember that night. She still has quite a few issues, and many nights her companions will wake up to her screaming or crying, but otherwise she tries to deny the fact she had a bad moment in her past. Instead she sees the world, as if running away from her life, and does what she can to get money to stay on her feet.
