RP with an old reptile?

I have an idea for making a group for Ol' One Eye and a few other characters I have in mind to be in, but I would rather it happen through RP. And to do that, I'd have to actually RP with them.

I would prefer it to be in the bar where Ol' One Eye works, but it can be elsewhere in Silvereye if you want.
