Would it be possible for a witch to summon creatures, such as lesser demons (such as imps etc) and greater demons (greater demons with a price)? I thought that maybe lesser demons would be either as powerful as or weaker than the human race, depending on the species, and greater demons would be just about stronger than humans, but the witch would risk death if they summoned them for too long or too often.

I ask this because I have quite a few characters in mind, and a witch who can summon a lesser demon was one of my ideas.

They can, but the witch must have foresight. Foresight, other than telling the future, also allows the witch to communicate with otherworldly creatures; like ghosts and demons.

It doesn't actually say about that. Or though, that may probably be because you want to limit the amount of witches summoning.
