Description:
Yxiro, otherwise known as Yxi, is a friendly, cheerful kind of guy who enjoys his work and loves to meet new people. Though he's very naive, he has a habit of putting on a brave face in bad situations and puts others before himself. Although this makes him friends, it often leaves him feeling alone and helpless as he finds it difficult to unload his problems on people. He's optimistic and fun-loving but knows when to settle down to work. Yxi is a dedicated individual who just wants to do his best.
Yxiro is a fairly slim boy with stringy muscles that hold surprising strength. His black hair is short and spiked at the front and top but a long 'rats tail' ponytail is braided at the nape of his neck and decorated at the end with two raven feathers and beads. His emerald green eyes usually shine with mischief and friendliness, coupled with his bright grin to create an inviting appearance. He is usually seen in full length (though slightly scuffed and ripped) trousers and a vest top modified to hold several vials and containers of his required tools such as oil and wax. He is never seen without his goggles and will often wear them over his brow while his HA mask rests around his neck.
Relationships: Yxi has been wandering since he left the company of his elder brothers at the age of 16. He doesn't think he has time for a full fledged relationship and so he's a little hesitant around people. However, if the right girl, or guy, came along, he wouldn't be completely unaware.
History:
Yxiro's parents died in less than a year after he was born; his mother had died in childbirth and his father fell into depression, eventually committing suicide eleven months later. Luckily, Yxiro was the youngest of four sons, the oldest being 18 at the time of Yxiro's birth and used to caring for his younger siblings. Kit cared for his brothers, teaching them about life and how to survive. He was training to become an engineer and helped Yxiro to learn mechanics. As a child, Yxi relied heavily on his siblings and would never leave their side but as he hit his teenage years, he knew that he had to move on.
Kit had sacrificed his life for his brothers but was trying to hold down a steady job, to make something of his life and Yxi was in the power of Marlo who was four years older than himself. He became more aware of the burden he was becoming and decided to make things easy for his brother. Taking a course in engineering and mechanics, Yxiro became more independent and could hold a trade. At 16 years old he left his brothers to seek a life of his own.
Since then, Yxiro has been wandering from town to town to get small engineering jobs and small business work. He bought Luka in a town he passed two months ago and has trained the rat to carry nuts, bolts and the like to him when commanded. He has had only one bad experience with his work when his harness failed him while he worked on an engine, as a result he has a hyper-sensitive nerve cluster in his left shoulder. He is currently looking for work and for a permanent crew he can work with.
Miscellaneous:
Yxiro is bisexual but isn't open about it. He has a weakness in his left shoulder and is prone to fainting when he doesn't eat for a long period of time due to a fast metabolism.
