Physical Description:
Tybalt is quite the handsome man. His eyes are a faded blue color, appearing almost grey. Still fairly young, it is no surprise that many of the ladies swoon over him. His face is somewhat thin and long but he has a very defined jaw and chin. He has a full head of black hair that is cut in the average victorian gentleman fashion: short. However, Decil's hair is quite a bit messier than the average gentleman. In fact, much of Decil's appearance is normally ill-kempt. He buys expensive ditto suits and classy garments but they are often wrinkled and tattered. His facial hair is scruffy and he usually has at least five o' clock shadow. This doesn't really take away from his appearance, though. In fact, it almost adds to it. His skin is somewhat tan but being in his high rank, he really doesn't have to go outside as much as the average person. Still, he enjoys the outdoors so is more tan than say the royal family. On special occasions, he likes to show off his decadent lifestyle by wearing a full suit of armor or extremely expensive robes. Overall, Tybalt is ruggedly handsome but somewhat a slob.
Personality: When you first meet Tybalt, most get the impression that there is more going on there than what his rank would entitle. While to a commoner whom he has never met may view Decil as a valiant White Knight, even someone who has only talked with Tybalt a few hours will know that he is a little shady. Nonetheless, Tyb isn't a completely unbearable guy. In fact, he is quite the smooth talker. He knows how to weasel his way out of situations he's gotten himself into.
One thing that tends to give away the true nature of Tybalt is his horrible temper. If he's walking down the street and some peasant boy runs into him and gets his robes dirty, there's no guarantee that boy will go home unscathed, whether it's been his spirit broken or one of his bones. Of course, Tyb tries to keep his temper in check when out in public, especially when he is in his armor/robes and easily noticed. This doesn't always work, though, and his public image would be horribly damaged if not for the way he can get himself out of bad situations.
Now, the most important but also the least known part of Tybalt's life is his work in the black market. Tybalt is well known in the underworld for his shady deals. He has managed to stay out of view of Caedere royalty, though. That or the royalty just don't give a shit anymore. If one were to really investigate, they would eventually find all of the murders or high officials and murders that work in Tybalt's favor. Tybalt is pretty good at covering his tracks, though, and people don't care enough to look into it anyway. With money in the drug market, prostitution, and many other illegal activities, it's surprising that Tybalt hasn't been caught by his other knights.
That's the thing, though. Tybalt has managed to recruit a good deal of corrupt knights to help him. Any Caedere knights not on his side tend to be picked off quickly or, if they're in the favor of the royals, threatened to join or keep their mouths shut. With his silver tongue he finds it easy to convince people to join his cause. This doesn't mean that Tybalt is completely reliant on his cronies, though. In fact, Ty is quite independent. The other knights are simply there as a safety net for missions that are compromising to Tybalt himself. He considers his men expendable and they better get used to that idea, too, because some don't last very long.
As would be expected with such a big job, Tybalt is very controlling. His word is law for his knights and they'd better do what he says whether it's legal or not. He works quickly and silently in the underworld, covering up his tracks along the way, and in his real job. He is very demanding of his men and expects them to get the job done as well as he would, which is. no doubt, exceptionally well. He does have a temper with his men, but if they do not anger him, he will not panic in a bad situation. This may be one of Ty's only good points.
Tybalt is very intelligent, there's no doubt to that. He spends more time thinking things out than anything and because of this, he doesn't really have time for a love life. He finds girls too needy and just a big waste of time. Though he's had his fair share of one night stands, he never lets anything reach him on an emotional level. Relationships take up too much time and can also be risky in the business he's in. He would never think of taking a wife any time soon. Unfortunately for him, it doesn't seem like there's any other option.
Overall, Tybalt is not exactly the 'White Knight' Caedere is looking for.
