I have to ask, how does Money work in these great lands?
Is it gold.. is it cash (I don't see cash working out too well in a crashing world)
I know there is plenty of different kinds of treasures and things to trade...
Also can one Black market sell magic? I mean since it can be collected and all and different things use magic as well as magic and steam to run.. also if so what sort of container would that be in? some sort of gears and glass bottle or something?

They use gold, silver and brass coins plus jewels. They're also big on trading.
And yup, you can sell magic. Thick glass bottles will work, or some type of container or bag lined with Nivali fur.

Other questions
On the Folk
-are they only first generation? meaning these are the the ones for the "army"
- can their babies talk?
- if one was to own a shop how would he be received by humans? shunned? or not really cared for either way?

Their offspring are also sentient, which includes realistic hybrids (tigons, mules, etc.). As for them running businesses, most races are used to the folk so there isn't much prejudice for them. Some people might try to over power them, or think they're stupid, but the general population will be no more disrespectful (or respectful) then they would if dealing with a human.

New question!
Do animals notice a difference between folk and other animals.. like a wolf of the folk is traviling though a pack's land would it get attacked for trespassing like another wolf would be? or treated and stalked like a human? do the animals know they aren't animals or are the animals oblivious?
also i assume the folk wolf wouldn't be able to "talk" to the other wolves but be able to growl and such back at them?

Normal animals usually ignore animals of the folk due to extreme behavioral differences, so yes they can recognize each other that way. Even the ones living in the forest still have human like habits.
They can't talk to animals not of the folk because... they can't speak a language, lol. They might be able to recognize some body language though.
